Kallisto recognizes and appreciates that every nonprofit has their own unique and inherent culture, history, opportunities and challenges. Modern times have brought constant shifting, changing and moving for funding, resources and many of today’s agencies equally face the same challenges in trying to identify and increase resources and capacity. And simultaneously – agencies are now tasked with doing more with less – while funders have increased levels of accountability both fiscally and in being able to measure program impact and effectiveness.
