Founded and led by Dr. Kera Moseley, Kallisto Research provides organizational capacity building services to help clients identify what is working, what is not and how to measurably improve agency performance. We strategically improve and bridge the understanding between service providers and the clients they serve and offer what we have learned and experienced globally.
Our team is reflective of diversity and possess extensive backgrounds of applied skills combined with formal academic degrees and far-reaching work histories – especially with nonprofit providers delivering care and programs to historically poor, underserved and disenfranchised community populations. This expansive scope has created unique cutting-edge methods and tools for serving the unique needs of Kallisto clients.
Grounded within evidence-based research and best practice techniques, Kallisto finds solutions for clients seeking to increase accountability and sustainability. We coach, prepare and root clients in data foundations and position them to answer and report back to funders with measurable effectiveness and to answer today’s key sustainability questions:

What we have learned over the years is that today individuals and agencies have to address a vast number of modern stressors which impacts us both personally and professionally – and has taken a toll on agencies, workers and clients. We address these indicators and improve agencies through a holistic approach which brings relief and empathy that agencies are not alone and stressors can be managed.
